Quite a different scene playing out for Veera and Ramiel when you compare their fight to how Bernin and Tavara’s fight are going.
But she’s been heavily relying on that weird sword of hers and not using her skill in spell canceling. I wonder if Ramiel really is that powerful or something else may be at play here. Power levels and possible plotting aside, could this also be a show of different uses in magic clashing? Other magic users who we’ve seen fight Veera seemed to like range spells, While Ramiel looks like he likes to keep his magic mostly internalized and boasts his physical abilities and attacks. Maybe Veera can’t work her skills on magic kept that close to the caster.

Wow, the website is looking nice, w0lf! It looks like Ramiel is pushing hard for a quick victory here. He has a lot to lose with the team behind him. We don’t know what else Veera might have up her sleeve, though.
What was he thinking cutting off Veera from escape in the first place? Is he hoping to take a prisoner to give him an advantage confronting Kence, or is he only concerned with eliminating as many demons as possible?
