Uh oh! Negotiations aren’t quite going as well as they did with Hillel!
Vivian seems to be a bit too compromised to be the voice of reason this time.

This confrontation took a weird turn right out of the gate.
Sil: How could you let her manipulate you?
*Vivian immediately manipulates the conversation to boyfriend talk*
Well, you’ve got to admit. She got the conversation away from the demon aspect.
Is that Nibbles from twokinds in the twc picture?
Yup!
… I’d put the “squirrel” down very carefully and make like a tree and leaf…
I wish I’d seen that drawing. Unfortunately, I only found the update today.
It will show up again, incentives always end up either on Patreon or Twitter+DA+FA
Nothing like someone from outside to poke holes in your bubble.
She might not be the voice of reason here, but can’t argue that she’s entirely wrong either.
Vivian is really side tracking the conversation, I guess that’s one way to steer it away for more probing inquires on her motivations. Maybe Cormac and talk to Bernin with a more cool head and see what is going on and why they were concealing Vivian from them, and what Hillel told them on how much he knows so far. It seem Sil is no longer as open as she was to non-tennin. I don’t blame her after that encounter with Veera that would really change one’s perspective. Hopefully Sil doesn’t get too dismissive and actually try and find out what Vivian’s motivations are instead of getting sidetrack on this way of topic.
Poor Cormac, it’s so very awkward for him. He didn’t even want to be here in the first place.
